Step 1: Contact Us

Tell us about the property you’re looking to sell and the situation you’re facing! We’ll also need your contact information so we can reach out with our offer.

Step 2: Get Your Offer

Once we’ve gathered some more information about your property, we’ll do our due diligence and put together a formal, written offer. We’ll then present you with the offer so you, and any other parties involved, can review it. Once you’ve submitted your information, we’ll be able to get you your offer within 12 hours.

[Note: If possible, we might want to set up a brief walkthrough of the property to help give us a better understanding of what we’re buying.]

Step 3: Close and Get Paid $$$

Once we receive the accepted offer back from you, we’ll drop it off at the title company. The title company then needs to do their due diligence to ensure everything is good and clear with the title. Assuming all is, we’ll be able to close on your property!

From the time you submit your information, to the time you’re walking away from the closing table with your money, it typically takes about 7-14 days. This means you could reach out to us today, and as soon as next week, you could have your house sold with cash in your pocket.
